The Ölof Valve AS aseptic sampling valves must be treated by Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) processing before and after sampling each time. Materials are sealed with diaphragm directly. There are no dead ends for cleaning and the valve can be sterilized more thoroughly. It can carry out continuous aseptic sampling at any time. It is widely used in the wine, beverages, diary, and pharmaceutical industries.
Operating Principle Sampling
Open the valve by rotating the handle (adjustable valve) or the switch actuator (on/off valve). The valve shaft core and diaphragm should open, and the liquid can pass through. Sterilization after valve is closed: Close the valve by rotating the actuator in the opposite direction, and meanwhile keep the channel between two hoses unblocked. Then the sterilization (SIP) is carried out again.
