ÖloFPleat HF “high flow“ elements have been developed to be used in industrial processes where a pre-filtration of high volume of liquids is required, while maintaining a low pressure drop high capacity of solids retention.
ÖloFPleat HF is made with a depth media that is also pleated to increase effective filtering area to handle comfortably high volume flows at a good effective rating. Its pleated media system is reinforced structurally to ensure its integrity even with maximum levels of operation reached.
ÖloFPleat HF is available with two different media, PP and GP. PP option offers an element made 100% in polypropylene and design mainly for Food & Beverages applications. GP option is made with glass micro fibers to handle fluids and temperatures not compatible with polypropylene. Every element is sealed by thermal bonding, eliminating any use of sealing adhesives optimizing this way the integrity of the element.
